01 · Build it

Your first product in full: the system launch and a model of your unit — outside, inside, in your own materials and with your own options. You start with a $2,500 proof: it credits against this figure in full, and you pay the balance on the day you accept the work. Complexity moves the build and never moves the monthly.
02 · Keep it live
$750a month
What it costs to keep a model and one layout inside it open to buyers: hosting, browser updates, new finishes every quarter and pricing off your current list. The bill never drops below this, and everyone gets the same features.
Unpublish a configuration and it leaves the bill at the end of that same month. Colours, finishes, traffic, visitors, saved builds and requests are never counted.

Prices, texts and options you change yourself, any time. What needs us, we do — no ticket count either way.
