Clear numbers. No cut of your sales.
Ballpark figures so you know where you stand. After we see your models, you get the exact price and date in writing.
Two ways to pay for the same thing. A year's agreement halves the build.
Monthly
No minimum termTypically about $15,000, depending on the product and how much detail buyers see.
- No minimum term — 30 days' notice and you stop
- +$450 a month for each extra floorplan
- Model-year update included: new colors, trims and options
- 5–6 weeks from your files to launch
Annual
12-month agreementTypically about $7,500 — half the monthly plan's build fee.
- 12-month agreement, then month to month
- +$450 a month for each extra floorplan
- Model-year update included: new colors, trims and options
- 5–6 weeks from your files to launch
Your drawings, photos, prices and brand always stay yours. The 3D model and the configurator software stay with 3D Lion, and your license covers every use of them while you subscribe — renders included, which we produce for you. Buying the model files outright is possible: from $46,000 per model — the build at full rate plus the four years of subscription it stands in for. The configurator software is not for sale.
- Hosting, the configurator and every update we ship
- Unlimited colors, finishes and option changes
- The model-year update: new colors, trims and options
- Your own site and every dealer site in your list
- A monthly report of views, builds and requests
Booking a date costs nothing, and the update itself is part of your monthly fee: new colors, trims, options and prices go live on the day you pick. Changed geometry — a new body or a new floorplan — is $1,000 per model.
The range is wide on purpose. These are build fees on the monthly plan — a year’s agreement halves them. Your price depends on what you want your buyers to see:
More floorplans, lower cost per floorplan
Floorplans inside one model share the shell, cabinets, materials and option catalog. We build those once, so each extra floorplan takes less work, costs less and goes live faster.
What the first year costs
One model with one floorplan, counted on both plans. Exact figures in writing once we see your files.
Plus $450 a month for each extra floorplan. Five models or more: ask us about volume pricing.

No account managers and no support queue. You work directly with the founder, your price is fixed in writing, and updates are planned around your model year.

What the first year costs you, counted in deals.
Two numbers you know by heart. We show what one more sale is worth, so our quote has something to be measured against.
Use your own numbers. We don't promise a lift percentage: nobody has measured one on your line-up. From day one you see views, builds and requests.
Pay half to start. The rest when it's built to plan.
You see your own model working in 3D before you pay the second half.
Three things move the numbers
How much is new
How many bodies we build from scratch, and how many floorplans sit inside a body that already exists. A floorplan always costs less than a body.
What you start from
CAD is fastest, then drawings, then photos. And how far inside we go: what opens, what moves, what lights up.
What buyers can open
How many models and floorplans are live, and on how many dealer sites. Colors, traffic and leads are never counted.
Why isn't the price fixed?
A compact trailer with clean CAD files takes far less work than a bus-size coach with slide-outs and no drawings. The numbers here are the ballpark; after we see your models you get the exact figure in writing.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
Two plans. Monthly has no minimum term: 30 days’ notice and you stop. The annual plan is a 12-month agreement, and in exchange the build fee is half.
Who owns the 3D model?
The model is ours, the license is yours, and it covers every way you’d use the model — your site, your dealers, your showroom, print, and renders we produce for you on request. While you subscribe the model keeps getting better on our side at no extra charge, and your drawings, photos, prices and brand always stay yours. Buying the model files outright is possible and rarely needed: from $46,000 per model — the build at full rate plus the four years of subscription it stands in for. The configurator software is not for sale.
Do you have volume pricing?
Yes. Each model after the first costs less, and volume pricing starts at five models. Ask us and we will put it in the proposal.
Who pays for dealer sites?
Dealer sites are priced separately, with a network rate for your whole dealer list. We agree who is billed before we start.
What happens after the demo?
You get a written proposal with scope, price and launch date, usually within a day or two. Nothing starts until you say yes.
