Build Sheet

The buyer configures. Your desk gets a priced specification.

A configurator that only spins is a toy. Every request that leaves ours arrives as a sealed Build Sheet: the exact configuration, your part numbers, your prices, and a link that opens the very build the customer was looking at.

Everything on it comes from your own numbers.

  1. 01

    Your part numbers, your prices

The option catalogue is loaded from your own price list, codes and all. Nothing is renamed, nothing is rounded, and updating a price is an edit you make yourself.

  2. 02

Sealed the moment it is sent

The sheet keeps the configuration and the prices exactly as the buyer saw them. Later edits to the catalogue create a new version — they never rewrite a request already on your desk.

  3. 03

    Routed to the right desk

Requests land where they belong — with you, or with the dealer whose page produced them. Each place has its own routing, and every sheet says where it came from.

  4. 04

One click back to the 3D

Every sheet carries a link that reopens the exact build. Your salesperson sees what the customer saw before picking up the phone.

From a build to a signed order, without retyping anything.

The same sheet carries through the whole conversation — quote, invoice, and the sheet the floor works from.

Sales

A quote in one click

Your manager turns the sheet into a quote or an invoice with images and the full spec — in your own document format, not ours.

The buyer

A link they can share

Saved builds live at their own address. Buyers send them to a partner; your team sends them out already configured.

The floor

A spec that cannot drift

What was agreed is what was configured. Fewer change orders start, and the ones that do have a document to point at.

Where it lands, and what you keep.

Requests arrive by email and sit in a dashboard you can hand to a manager. Every build ever configured stays counted — which is where the demand data comes from.

You decide who sees a price.

Plenty of manufacturers cannot publish numbers — dealer agreements, regional pricing, or simply not wanting a competitor to read the catalogue. The configurator works either way, and the Build Sheet is always fully priced on your side.

Open

Prices shown as they build

The total moves with every option. Best when your prices are already public — buyers self-qualify and arrive ready.

Quiet

Price on request

The buyer configures freely and sees no numbers. You receive the same fully priced sheet and quote it yourself.

Per place

Different prices per dealer

Each place can carry its own list — regional pricing, dealer margin, campaign terms — from the same central model.
